Water infusions are a healthy way to stay hydrated. They help us stay well with their therapeutic attributes.

Ingredients

Strawberry
raspberry
thyme sprigs
orange
sage leaves
water

Method

1. Slice the strawberries and cut the oranges happy face :)
2. Place water in tall glass jars and place thyme raspberry and strawberry in one jug, orange and sage in another allow them to infuse overnight and enjoy!!!
